Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2024

venebene is committed to protecting the privacy of creators, brand partners, and visitors who interact with our platform. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Information We Collect

We collect account data you provide directly: your name, email address, and social media handles. We also collect usage data including platform interactions and content performance metrics. Payment data is processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card numbers on our servers. For creators, we collect audience data (follower counts, engagement metrics) to power our brand-matching algorithm.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to power our brand-creator matching algorithm; to process subscription payments and commission payouts; to provide SEO-optimized storefronts and analytics; and to communicate platform updates and partnership opportunities. We do not use your data for advertising outside the venebene ecosystem.

Data Sharing

We share data with matched brand partners only as necessary for campaign execution. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Service providers include: Stripe (payments), Supabase (infrastructure), and Vercel (hosting). Each provider is bound by data processing agreements consistent with applicable law.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. GDPR and CCPA rights are honored for applicable users. To exercise any right, contact privacy@venebene.com. We will respond to all verifiable requests within 30 days.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS and at rest using AES-256. We conduct regular security audits and employ strict access controls to protect your information.
